Overview: There are many different factors that organizations must consider as they make their journey into the cloud. One must consider the presence of multiple vendors for different versions, the requirements and compatibility of the applications for each environment, how to manage quality of service and how to maintain security are just a few considerations on top of COST. This meeting’s round table discussion will explore the factors that influenced TTEC member’s hybrid cloud strategy.
Format: This meeting discussion will follow a different format. The engagement of our members at recent meeting presentations have evolved from more of a traditional panel discussion to a peer roundtable discussion. This meeting will be more intentional and drive that discussion. There will be one discussion leader that will share his experience and then draw on the audience to build the discussion. It should be very interactive.
Discussion Leader: John Crites, CIO – Modus eDiscovery
John is the former President & CEO of TTEC and has advised multiple organizations on their cloud strategies. Most recently he has migrated two companies from on-prem to a public cloud environment, developed a conversion strategy to three others as a member of the AWS Partner Network.
