Overview: In light of the country’s preventative measures to flatten the infection curve of the Coronavirus, organizations have to adapt the way that they conduct business. One of TTEC’s primary benefits is to have its members engage in discussion and information share. This web conference will provide an open forum for our members to discuss the state of their current organization and some best practices that they are implementing to enable their respective workforce(s) to continue business, as normal as possible.

Format: The format will be to simply have an engaged discussion on the challenges you, as technology leaders, are facing and the initiatives to address them.
