TTEC is a peer organization with a membership profile definied by an individual's role with their current organization. The membership profile definition states:

An IT practitioner, currently serving in a senior technology leadership role (CIO, CTO, IT Director), with department head responsibilities (e.g. budgetary decision making and IT personnel management for their organization's internal IT strategy and operations). A prototypical candidate manages a $5M+ annual budget and 25+ people.

Please note the following:

• Applicants in transition at time of submission will be considered when that applicant takes their next position.
  
• Applicants working in IT delivery for a solution provider would be considered a solution provider, despite leading that company's internal IT strategy.
• The membership committee evaluates applications on a quarterly basis. We will make every attempt to respond in time for an individual to attend an event.
