Overview:  In nearly all industries, established organizations are facing growing expectations by technology-savvy consumers and new digital-native competitors. In healthcare this trend is particularly prevalent as investments in digital startups have reached an all-time high and powerhouse technology companies like Amazon and Google enter heathcare. How should we respond? What is the role of IT organizations and leaders? In this discussion we’ll explore how IT leaders can position themselves as drivers and influencers in their organization’s pursuit of digital transformation.

Format:  Joe Bastante, CTO for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of NC will lead a roundtable discussion on their digital transformation. He will tee up the conversation with his case study, followed by an open Q&A session for the entire group.
