Overview:  Organizations have been growing by acquiring their smaller competitors and merging with others. Executive leadership is responsible for the due dilligence on those companies to determine if the investment is worth it. This has become even more complicated as technology has evolved and the technology leader is the one that many organizations look to for planning and integration.

Jon Meyer, Chief Technology Officer for CAPTRUST, will lead a discussion on the challenges and lessons learned as he has helped his organization in this process.
